More than 70 people lined up in Rapid City, SD for the chance to win a Motorola Droid Bionic as Verizon Wireless launched its 4G LTE network. Wil Woodson, a radio DJ known as Wil Power, along with Miriam Jams, were the first two winners. And they knew each other!

Here they share the joy of winning a 4G LTE smartphone.

There is a world of difference in highly competitive athletics today. George Ellis runs Real Athletics, a leadership and basketball training program for individual players. Real Athletics also runs several teams in competitive AAU and traveling basketball tournaments throughout the year.

Coach Ellis works with students/players at the junior and high school levels. He is on top of their use of mobile technologies and the variety of ways they communicate, which is why the Real Athletics program has a Facebook page, YouTube channel, audio podcasts and a blog.

Real Athletics is stretching its use of technology as Coach Ellis describes in this video by using mobile video as a teaching tool for individual and team situations. In the case he describes, he talks about his experience with the Droid Bionic, with excellent video quality and social media integration to upload to the Real Athletics TV YouTube channel.
