Verizon Wireless expands advanced network in Charleston area – Charleston Daily Mail – Charleston, WV (August 9, 2012)
Verizon Wireless announced it will expand its fourth-generation Long Term Evolution network, known as 4G LTE, in the Charleston area next week. The advanced network has been available in downtown Charleston and at Yeager Airport since July 2011.
Verizon expanding 4G in Cincinnati next week – Cincinnati Business Courier – Cincinnati, OH (August 9, 2012)
Verizon Wireless is expanding its 4G Long Term Evolution network on Aug. 16 in the Cincinnati area. The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network will become available in Mount Orab, Hillsboro, Wilmington and Georgetown with the expansion.

Verizon Wireless to roll out 4G LTE network in the Muskegon area Aug. 16 – MLive – Michigan (August 6, 2012)
One of Muskegon County’s leading wireless providers is upgrading its Muskegon-area network to provide 4G LTE service starting Aug. 16. Verizon Wireless – the nation’s largest cellular phone company – will roll out the “fourth generation Long Term Evolution” network along with communities in the Battle Creek area. The upgrade to the latest wireless technology available will provide customers with faster Internet connections in part to allow for more robust video and audio streams, company officials said.

New Verizon Wireless Evolutionary Store – First of Its Kind in Wisconsin – Celebrates Grand Opening in Brookfield – www.patch.com – Brookfield, WI (August 10, 2012)
Verizon Wireless is rolling out its latest Evolution store design in Brookfield, Wis. This new location offers an inviting new store layout to better showcase the latest devices, accessories and more, to help provide customers with the best hands-on experience in wireless. It is the first of its kind in the state of Wisconsin, the third in the nation.
KANSAS / MISSOURI REGION
Boonville, Rocheport to get Verizon’s 4G LTE service – Columbia Daily Tribune – Columbia, MO (August 4, 2012)
The Columbia Daily Tribune was first to report that Verizon Wireless will be bringing the power of its 4G LTE network to the communities of Booneville and Riocheport, MO. The new service will be of great use to local residents and the high visitor traffic generated by these tourist destination communities in mid-Missouri.
Verizon Wireless to Expand Network in Great Bend Area – KHOK-FM – Great Bend, KS (August 6, 2012)
Great Bend’s KHOK-FM News Director Neil Ochs interviewed Verizon Wireless Public Relations Manager Brenda Hill on the expansion of Verizon’s 4G LTE network in the Great Bend area. During the interview, which aired on Monday, August 6, Brenda explained that the main advantage of 4G LTE is access to significantly faster data speeds, which decreases the time it takes to access the Internet on your smartphone or tablet, post to Facebook or Twitter, as well as send out text and picture messages.
