Phone Review: HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE – HTC Source – Louisville, KY (July 18, 2012)
This past week I had the pleasure to spend some time with Verizon’s newest mid-range phone the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE. It is good to see the Droid Incredible line still alive among the Verizon Wireless community despite the new phone hitting the mid-range market instead of the high-end throne where its predecessors once reigned. The very first thing I noticed when I pulled the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE out of the box was how small it felt.

That big launch of Verizon Wireless 4G Long Term Evolution wireless network played on Willy Wonka and his golden ticket giveaway except the prize was Android cell phones instead of a trip to the chocolate factory. 4G wireless service on fast track in Wisconsin – www.jsonline.com – Milwaukee, WI (July 15, 2012)
Wireless providers are beefing up their fourth-generation networks, which promise Internet speeds equal to what you have at home or at work. The major carriers have upgraded their current 3G networks to provide the faster 4G service in the state’s major metro areas – Madison, Milwaukee and the Fox Cities. This fall, U.S. Cellular will expand its 4G LTE coverage to include more of central and western Wisconsin where mobile phone signals often aren’t reliable. By the end of 2013, Verizon Wireless will have 4G LTE available everywhere it currently has 3G wireless. “It’s the largest investment we are making,” said Mark Nachman, Verizon’s director of retail stores. How much faster is 4G LTE? Verizon claims it’s 10 times speedier than the ubiquitous 3G.
